my gauge lights, shifter lights, tranfer light, rear defrost light, rear wiper lights arent working, checked fuses and they are are good, what do i check next?? (the lights outside work.)

 

also, my parking brake, low washer fluid and lights like that work though..

 

So....the lights that can be dimmed by rotating the light switch don't work, and all the others do?
Assuming the switch isn't rotated fully counter-clockwise , the rheostat in the switch is probably dirty or intermittent. Crank it a couple times and see what happens.
It can be disassembled and cleaned, or replaced.
