No horn, no washer pump

'01 Cherokee Classic Two items stopped working. I pulled wires off and reconnected them. I hear click on passenger side when I press the horn button. Nothing when I want the windshield washer to pump. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or suggestions? TIA

1) always helps if you let people know what year vehicle you have.
2) the wiring diagram is in the factory shop manual for the appropriate year
