Hello All and Good Friday,
I've had this issue for a while but decided to start tackle it yesterday after work.
Problem: No horn just a clicking sound
Other symptoms: Battery drained if not run after 2 days or so
Test performed: Removed horn relay left it off... no sound at all, replaced with a known good relay... just a click again. Checked fuses 20 and 21... did not need placing. Took pictures... first thing i noticed there is a wire that is not connected (what is that for anyways?) and I have a couple of fuses that seem to be missing but not sure what they are for. My manual is a pdf file on my tablet my son wouldn't let go of.

any help would be great... enjoy your weekend fellas

Have you checked the horn itself? If not run a wire from the pos+ side of the battery to the + wire on the horn. If it sounds then its fine of not that is your problem. Those extra wires are not factory. The only way to find out what the are for is look for the other end and fallow them to see what the connect to.
As for your other problem with it discharging the battery when not run. That can be a couple of things a bad battery or you have a parasitic draw on the system. Check out the link I added.
