Alright, I have read all the posts for no heat and here is my issues. I have a 1999 Cherokee 4.0 without a heater control valve. The steps I have already taken to get heat are:
1. New Radiator
2. New thermostat
3. Power flushed system
4. Flushed Heater core.
5. No air in system.
The system just blows luke warm air and it can get very cold here. I am about to take out the dash to replace the heater core although I don't think it is the problem because I flushed the core and have heat flowing through both hoses. The temperature control does change from luke warm to freezing. I am thinking that I have vacuum to the controls. Could it be the blended door? Any suggestions before I just take it all apart?

Hi and welcome to CF and happy N' year from Tj in NJ. What type of thermostat (#) do you have in there now. I have a 195 in mine and it works great but when I had a 180 in there it did almost nothing. Check your PM's also...Tj
