No heat

Flushed the cooling system and replaced the thermostat an now she comes up to opperating temp but the blower control now dosent work
It only worked on 4 pryor but just gave up ??? This is just my luck

You can pull the resistor out and test it with a voltmeter. We kept having them go out right and left on our 2000 dodge Stratus so now we just short the resistor out and soughtered some wire between the ends across the coil. If its the blower thats also a pretty easy fix i think.

Cooling maint. is never a bad idea. When your blower motor resistor quits in 1,2,3 positions, it's time for a new one. It works on position #4 because #4 is wired directly to power.. it doesn't go thru the resistor. If it has stopped working on pos. 4 now, I'd check if the heater fuse has blown, and check the blower motor itself. I've also read of the actual wiring harness TO the resistor getting burnt too, so there's that. Hope your luck turns good!
