No Headlights..?

No Headlights..?
A friend of mine ran his 2001 Cherokee sport up a tree... Damaged pretty much the whole left side... ECM most forward plug in was sheared off, bumper, fender, lights... ect. any way... I bought his KEE... and after massive rebuild... many junk yard visits... started and running... I have no HEADLIGHTS... It should be an easy one... fuses appear all good... any ideas...?

are the signal lights and high beam indicators on the dash lit up?
do you have working tail lights?
mine is doing the same thing, haven't figured it out yet, just use it during the day.
