Hey everybody new to this forum and to jeeps have always been a ford guy. But currently i am working on a 93 jeep with a 94 4.0l in it. Motor was just swapped. The problem were having is is that we have no fuel pump turning on nor is it cranking at all. We replaced the starter and still have a no crank condition. Im pretty sure all of the grounds are hooked back up again but cant verify that 100% since I did not do the swap nor do i know where all the grounds are. Also we have replaced the ignition switch since when we would keep cycling the key to the on position repetivly we would sometimes get the fuel pump to cycle on but still would not crank. Any help would be really appreciated. thank you

 

If it's not cracking at all try starting it in neutral. If it cranks then you may have a bad or dirty NSS Neutral Safety Switch. Also tray wiggling the shifter when trying to start it.
