There are more then 1 fusable link... the smaller wires coming off the main lug on the starter relay are also fusable.

Bad idea. They have the same function as a fuse. The best route is to go get fuse holders. Each link is color coded just like a fuse, red=10, blue=15, green=30. Replace the link with a holder and fuse of corresponding color.

Are you agreeing or disagreeing? Cause the reason the factory uses fusable links is they're cheaper to use than fuses and holders.
