Default No Dash or Tail Lights

I currently have a problem where have no dash, tail lights or beeper. I can get them on if i wiggle the switch in a certain spot but if i extend it to turn my headlights on it all goes off and just my headlights stay on.

I have tested the license plate light like people have mentioned but i really have no idea where to go from here. I was thinking about pulling a new harness and splicing into the existing wires but i don't know how much that would help.

Looking for any advice anyone has.

Thanks

try checking the wire connector under the air filter housing I had to cut the entire thing out and connect the wires to each side one at a time, but once I was done all the lights worked. it was completely corroded three wires actually broke off when I moved the connector. hope this helps.

Did you happen to install a new Head unit recently?

Default Dash lts

The head unit idea is the right direction. Usually when people install a new radio they ground the radio to the dash light lead. This always pops the dash and tail fuse. But, since you haven't touched the radio the light switch must be the culprit. The rotary dimmer may be shorting and causing the dash & tail to go out. Check to make sure the switch is secure and not floating. May have a collar nut and losing ground, causing an arc. This is all just theory - but it may also be the root of your problem.
