No crank no starter click.

Got a 97 cherokee 4.0 with aw4. Lately the fuel gauge has been real funky flopping back and forth from nothing to full then back. Then when i put my cruise on i blew the check engine light for codes p0700 and p0743 which i read was most Likly a back tranny solenoid then it started doin the whole click no crank then turn off and start just fine. Now it dont even click from the starter. Ive read cps could cause this issue but wondering if it could be anything else. It also has a vibration from 1100 to 1500 rpms in all gears coming from what sounds and feels like the driveshaft where it slides over the tcase spline any way to fix that as well?

****! i had the same problem, i thought, searched 'no crank' and saw a post where you said check NSS. MY RIG WASN'T EVEN IN ****ING PARK!, soon as i put it there it started right up, what a DUMB FK!
