I have a 88 XJ and just out of the blue it wont start. Battery is good, new battery cables, and i changed the little solenoid behind the battery checked all the relays i could find under the hood, i also ran a jumper from pos. batt. terminal to little green wire that runs to the starter and i could get it to crank that way with the key in the on position of course, but still no start then i noticed the fuel pump was not workin either, tried it in every gear plus tried the NSS bypass trick and the NSS was rebuilt last winter and always works great. i have power to everything else like lights, horn, radio, wipers, windows ect. could it be the ignition switch even though everything else works and it turns smoothly. Im lost.
