no bus message from instrument cluster?
I went to start my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport the other night and it was a no go. It cranks fine but there is no roll over. After a few seconds a message saying "no bus"" apears on the instrument cluster. Actually on the odometer. Some are suggesting the crankshaft position sensor. Others are saying itr could be any number of things. Any help here everywhere else is very vague.

Pulled Cluster. There was no corrosion but i cleaned the leads any way. Checked all fuses they are intact. Fuel is in the rail. Gauges on clstr panel are also not functioning but the lights are e.g. check engine, check gauges. etc.etc. do not have the OSDI or OSDII to check for code. any other suggestions that i might try?
