No bus/Check engine light
So I hope this is the right place to post this because I have done a tone of research on the pesky problem. I will be driving and everything will be working just fine, then all of a sudden I'll look down and all my gauges have stopped working and my Check engine light is on. Or other times I will get in the car after it has sat for a bit, (after being driven) and turn on the car, and the same thing. none of the gauges work and my CEL is on. Only once did I turn on the car and it stall on me a few seconds after. I would turn the key and it would just turn and turn, but no fire. I replaced my CPS and it has yet to do it again. BUT! did not fix my No bus issue. It didn't happen right away, but it did rear its ugly head again a few days.
I've done just about everything everyone else has done to fix this problem. I've also checked my cluster and cluster connections, hitting the top of the dash or the cluster it self dose not make it budge. Cleaning my cluster connections didn't do it, I checked my PCM connections and my TCM. Today I unplugged my TCM while the No bus was showing and it went away. So in the hopes that my TCM is not going out, I just cleaned the main battery to engine ground,

hoping that will fix it. Maybe it was shorting it self because the ground was pretty durty. But I'm not holding my breath. Over all when the No bus happens, the jeep dose not start running funny or anything. I just can't tell how fast I'm going, how much gas I have, temperatures, ect. So I would like to fix it.
If anyone has any other ideas how to figure out whats going on please help!
thanks guy's/gals.
I grabbed the image from a post CCKen from cherokeeforum where the grounds are in your jeep. Just giving credit!
