newbie build help
Hi, relatively new to the jeep scene, didnt really get excited about doing something with my '95 jeep cherokee until this year. Looking to put a lift on it, im on a pretty strict budget. Ive been looking at some of the builds on the forums and I think I would like a 3" or 4" lift... I was wondering if anyone has ever had any good/bad luck with body lifts? I was thinking maybe I could get a 3" suspension lift and a 3" body lift for more fender clearance. Anyway, I am also confused on tire sizes like what the biggest I could do on a 3" or 4" lift? Thanks in advance for any help.

well out of jc whitney u can get a rough country 3'' lift for 235 without shipping, and then you could easily run 31s but depending on how hard u have them and such u might have to do a lil flair trimming not really a big deal... hope this helps

no such thing as a body lift on a unibody vehicle, a 3 inch lift is the most common lift it seems like, affordable, easy to install, great for a daily driver, and a 3 inch lifted cherokee is suprisingly capable off road, once you get into the 4.5 inch range stuff can start to become more of a pain.
