New XJ owner and a few Tech Questions
HI so I bought a 89XJ for $500 pretty straight seems to run well..
Has a Few issues hopefully I can get some help here.. IT has 166k on it with the I6 motor /auto Trans
OK so PO did a brake job but screwed it up the LF caliper brake line was screwed all the way in.
I bleed brakes last night they seem ok till you turn on ignition then they go to floor..
Is it the booster that's gone bad or something else????
Ok Front seat no longer work which fuse on panel work the seats??
What can I do to make sure the head gasket is good??
Anybody use the Sea foam with good results??
Thanks
Brad

i had same problem with brakes after replacing front rotors. booster was new, had pressure when off, but lost pressure when jeep was started.
bled and bled the lines...ended up needing to use a vacuum bleeder. worked like a charm.
