thanks still savin for new tires...lol oh and its gold shiny in some spots....ill check paint code. im gonna spraybomb olive drab next week if its sunny. and im puttin big star on hood and stencil work onfenders and rear quarter...

i welded and bolted....i also added 8inches of 3/8 plate welded on frame for support and strength for it....i did same mounting on buddies jeep....it still holds great with no cracks. and frame is straight...lol we yank and beat on that bumper hard. I knw that yankin(if thats really a word)is actually harder on bumper and mounts than winching because of sudden force vs continuous force....thus i bolted it to stock mounting holes, then welded around. if i ever want to build new bumper i just cut and leave mounts on...lol

^ thats the same way i mounted mine... i am willing to bet its even stronger than the long style mounts that use a bunch of bolts

welding it with a few bolts...much stronger eventhough the heat from welds makes thin sheetmetal more brittle..if done right id say much stronger and if i do rip it of......owell ill f'in laugh hard....lol
