I just purchased a 98 Cherokee Sport, it has a mild clicking sound on the front end at low speed also when you turn the wheel side to side, any ideas ? also the steering seems to be light could it be my steering stabilizer ?

Any advice would be great, Thank you...

no not the stabilizer...i would check all your toques on bolts...and have someone jerk the wheel back and forth while you look sounds like a bad trac-bar
