NEW TPS/ Clean iac and still didnt work

Default NEW TPS/ Clean iac and still didnt work

Well I put a new TPS on my 87 cherokee and i cleaned the IAC the IAC is working properly i pulled it out te throttle body and turned it on and the plunger was pushing out. Well it is still idling below 500 rpms and still stutters when i give it gas a little bit then kicks in and and goes any other suggestions beisde new wires plugs

Did you adjust the the new TPS properly?

Edit: Nevermind, I found out that the post-Renix XJs do not have an adjustable TPS.

Hi i'm going through the same problem. but i have a 1994 cherokee country 4.0. at time s it stalls. what can i do?

Thoroughly clean the throttle body, especially the IAC.

Check your cap for carbon buildup.
