just got my new radiator in from radiator barn and a strap on the radiator caught my fan clutch and put a hole in the radiator has anyone dealt with radiator barn before and had a problem???

 

I don't know how kean they will be to taking a rad back that you damaged. My guess is that they won't.

 

If you send it back you will have to pay for shipping and then they will tell you that it didn't fall under warranty.

 

the strap on there radiator was what caused the problem i talked to them on the phone and it has a lifetime guarantee i sent them pics just waiting on a call back

 

Neither my stock or replacement radiators have straps on them.

Its their fault for a poor design. You or your Jeep is not at fault here.

See if you can get labor and coolant allowance out of them, plus a full refund and prepaid return shipping if they want their radiator back for salvage purposes.

Get a radiator from somewhere else. Local.
