So I just finished installing my new Old Man Emu 2" HD leaf springs. I previously had a rusty's 2" shackle kit, but my leafs were sagging and I hated the way it handled. I took it out for a test drive and the XJ handles beautifully. There is one problem, I'm getting a strange knock or pop out of my rear driverside. My buddy thought it was just the suspension settleing, but I'm wondering if I could have damaged one of the shocks durring the install by over extending it. Any thoughts?

I'm leaving a for a long trip up to the Michigan UP and then up to Isle Royale National Park this weekend, and I willl be on alot of seasonal rough roads and want to make sure everything is operating perfectly.

 

chech your u-joints,make sure the u-bolts are tight also
