ah mine was lifted when i bought it with the rusty's heavy duty track bar mount installed

 

I'm an old guy that likes unique vehicles. I think your ride is awesome!

 

The only reason I can see it would be sticking out the right is the trackbar mount has been tweaked, but the layout of the bar seems that it would be more to the left instead.
Curious....
The track bar is not hard to change, its fairly easy to get the cotter pin and nut off, now getting the ball seperated is another story.

I would get help, and jack it up by the frame or the center of the sway bar and watch all the suspension components as its being lifted and look for loose mounts etc.
if that fails take it in for an alignment and the front end shop should be able to tell you WTF is going on. Alignment shouldn't cost more than $50.

 

I am out of ideas. You could get an adjustable trac bar but that may only hide a problem instead of fix it.
