Default Need little help

Ok when it comes to vehicle I know my fair share but I get confuessed and need help.

Well I got a 93 4.0 Cherokee that blew a head gasket and I'm process of changing headgasket. Well all my rockers? (not sure right words) are nice and tight except cylinder 6 intake I can move side to side a little.(Has a little tick while running).... I checked and tightened the bolt but it was already tight so my question it would a worn lifter cause that and question 2 should I replace lifters while heads off.

I'm sending head off to shop to 3 angle valve job and head shaved and so on.
