4.5 inch lift done, now it vibes pretty bad at like 10mph. I didnt want to go any faster than that lol. I have not put in the transfer case drop kit yet, figured id try it first just to see how bad it may or may not be. The rough country transfer case drop kit comes with 4 spacers about and inch and a half thick, but no other options. Is this predetermined?? What if thats too much of a drop?

you could always do a slip yoke eliminator (sye) or hack and tap (hnt) to eliminate driveline vibes and keep your ground clearance that you'll lose with a TC drop. you're gonna get a lot of people telling you to use the search function. because all the info is out there if you look. as for too far of a drop i don't think rough country would supply you with too low of a drop for your lift. unless bought separately.
You could pick up some 1"x2" rectangle tube and make your own, I don't have the link but google "go jeep" and that guy has a ton of wright ups including a t-case drop. Also check your u-joints those will contribute to driveline vibes.

Thanks for the suggestions! I decided to just put in the drop and try it. I bought the RC4.5 lift with full springs and the drop kit came with the lift. Seemed a bit much to me but either way, after installing (which was a pain of course) the vibes are gone. Taking the studs out from the crossmember was tough. The jeep has 145,000 WI winter miles on it. RUST! I think vibes are gone completely but i havent driven above 40 and everything seems normal. Although I have never lifter a vehicle before so not exactly sure what to look for. It seems to drive pretty smooth.

an sye cures driveline vibrations.
it also eliminates the "slip yoke" style output into and "fixed yoke" style output at the back of your t case. it helps with driveline angles which is usually the cause of vibrations.

If installed correctly with the proper length driveshaft, then no, you won't have any vibes after you put in an SYE.
This is assuming that things such as trans/motor mounts are in good shape. And that flexplate is in good shape and bolts are tight. Among other things
