New leaf spring, same sag.
I bought a set of stock replacement leaf springs for my jeep. It's on 215's. The top of the rim to the bottom of the fender flare in the front is 10".
Today I only had enough time for one side, and when I finished and lowered the jeep I noticed there was almost no difference(<.5") in the ride height.
I don't think that the other side being 23 years old would level the other side like that, I was expecting to see one side of the rear end higher than the other.
When I jacked the back up, the old side was 2" off the ground before the new side left the ground.
Long story short, could an old leaf spring level a brand new one? Or did I get get some terrible leaf packs?

It's probably because the old spring is giving no support and most of the weight is being supported by one side( the new spring). I'm sure once you install the second side it should sit a bit higher.
