Default new to forum...lower control arm bracket

on my newly purchased 1990 cherokee...the fron lower control arm bracket on passager side has been bent/hit and is ripping its weld from the axle...some people say to heat hammer and repair others say to buy the heavier duty brackets....where are these brackets? this is my daily driver now and need it to be fully functional and safe to take on the highway. I guess the previous ownerdoesnt care for ones safety as he didnt mention anything of the matter...guess its kind of my fault to..(bought the jeep in the dark) other then that the new jeep is awesome...

thanks in advance guys

Good thread there above, Rusty's Offroad and a few others offer pre-made HD LCA mounts for around $65. Just cut old ones off and weld new ones in place
