Your pressure is right where it should be.
Change to a good filter!
I would run a bottle of marvel mystery oil in it and see if lifter frees up. May just be stuck.
I would not be pulling head or changing lifters just yet.

1. Take off the Fram filter and throw it as far as you can.
2. Put on Wix, Napa Gold, or Mopar. Refill with 10W-30, same brand as before, to bring it up to cold level. (40 is a little heavy for our Jeeps and not recommended). Don't drain the oil you just put in.
3. Bring your coolant up to cold level in reservoir and monitor.
4. Don't pull the head yet.
5. Don't use oil additives. Your engine does not need them.
6. Your oil pressure looks fine.
7. Driving your Jeep more may free up sticky and dry lifters.

a full bottle of marvel mystery oil.
I'll update on Saturday, with exact readings after wix and m.m.o.
has been put into engine.
Do I run the m.m.o in engine until
my next oil change?

A blown head gasket/ cracked head will not always show a missfire, smoke or anything noticeable at all, besides a intermittent loss of coolant. Your "mechanic" sounds like he's not to up and up. Do what is already stated, your oil pressures seem fine. I personally run a different oil, but that's preference, and on the filter also..

Does not matter what oil you use, it will never free up a stuck lifter. Two things that are proven to do that safely is MMO or ATF. You replace a quart of oil with either and run 500 miles. Then do fresh oil change.
Just because a lifter sticks, doesn't mean it is bad. Neither of these will hurt the motor in anyway. If it frees the lifter, then your good. If not, then you look at replacement of lifters.
I've been using MMO for as long as it's been around and sware by it. He can use it. Won't hurt a thing.
Oil choice around here is a bit opinionated but in a friendly kinda way. MAIN THING is a GOOD filter. I use Rotella T6(synthetic)with a NAPA Gold filter in both my vehicles. In fact I'm getting ready to do my uncles 98 Durango with the same. I picked a few extra lbs of oil pressure at crusing speeds and it idles smoother. Some say it quites their motors down but mine's not noisy so I can't comment on that. Good cleaning and lubricating properties that these old design motors(some here call them"tractor motors") need.

Sorry, but disagree. MMO has been proven over 50 years of use. It is safe and will help with a stuck lifter.
