Default New Fog lights

So my 1997 Jeep Cherokee Country came equipped with fog lights spaces on the bottom bumper and with the wiring and switches for them but didn't have the fog lights. So I went to the junkyard and bought some fog lights BUT they were from GRAND CHEROKEES. Now they work and fit and everything, except the glass on the fog lights is EXTREMELY HOT. Do you guys think this is normal?

The stock factory fog lights on mine warm up pretty good. Not hot enough to melt anything though. Still hot enough I wouldn't want to hold my hand on them all day.
