can i install these with the bumper still installed? i was gonna take the end caps off and stick my arm up there. Or is there a better way.

I have tried several ways to install them but I always end up removing the 6 15MM bolts from the "frame" and dropping the bumper.

i just drilled my own new holes and used the bolts to bolt em in as screws. on my jeep i just like sawed out a little insert from the bottom of the front fender

So does anyone have a pic of the bolts that i need to remove

two on top and two on bottom. their about 1/4 the way in off the ends of the bumper. both torx head bolts.
