Default New camshaft, which one?

I've always wanted an aftermarket cam. I found this one from compcams.com. Heres the link to the specs, http://www.compcams.com/Cam_Specs/Ca...x?csid=12&sb=2

for you guys that know about cams, is this the one best suited for my 4.0 cherokee?

Are you planning on putting this in a stock 4.0? Do you plan or have any intake and/or exhasut mods?

Already have cold air intake and a very free flowing exhaust, 2.5 inches from headers back, high flow cat and flowmaster muffler.

It is a lot of work for not much performance gain. Dropping that cam into an old and tired engine is not going to do much.

You would want to replace the entire valve train in order to get the most out of the new cam. And if your going to do that you might as well just rebuild the entire thing.

But is that a good cam? Yes. Work vs. Power gain. Your call.

I also am looking for a new camshaft for my rebuild, but I already have the head rebuilt using stock springs. Any suggestions of Cams that will work with stock springs?
