Default New BULB installed and right rear BRAKE LIGHT still not working...

I figured a new bulb would fix the issue. No such luck. The one I removed was definitely dead (filament was broken) but a brand new one didn't light. I checked the fuse box but didn't see any fuses that specified brake lights.

If there is a fuse for the brake lights would the circuit be for both left and right brake lights or is there a separate fuse for left and right? Like I said, the left is working the right is not.

Thanks in advance...

Best,

CJ

Fuse would do both sounds like bad socket.

Thanks. Sounds logical; will change out when my schedule allows. Hoping nobody rear-ends me before that.

Best,

CJ
