Default New Brakes Poping Sound

I installed new brakes and hubs today and when I went for a ride I noticed that when I am going about 10mph and push the brakes hard it makes a poping sound. That did not happen before I did the hubs or rotors. I tested the four wheel drive on a gravel hill and it worked. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Do you feel the pop anywhere? Brake pedal, steering, your butt? Could be the calipers on the slides, did you lube up the caliper slides? Maybe you didnt get the bolts tight. Take the wheels off and look over everything again, see if you missed something.

Did you use the shims for the front pads?

I can feel the pop through the floor board against my left foot and hear it. I did not change the pads because they where like new. I checked all the bolts this morning and they are all tight. I could not find anything wrong. Could it be I got a bad hub? I got a video of the sound and will upload it to youtube.

Here is a video of the sound. I put up annotations when the sound is audible.

I kept hearing the sound you described, every time you turned your blinker on!!

Seriously though I couldn't hear the sound. Make sure your slide pins are lubed up good and aren't binding. Kinda sounds like your rotor is warped a little though. Did you check the pad slides on the knuckle? Are there any grooves worn into them? That noise could be the pad clicking in and out of the groove. I had to weld mine up, they were ugly..
