what do you mean with 'might cause a spin out' ?

You have new brake shoes on one side in the rear and old shoes on the other side; there’s a chance that on side might brake better than the other side which might cause it to lockup under certain conditions. |

winter has passed and few days ago i replaced the drivers side rear brake drum with brand new brake drum and shoes since i had more time and it wasnt so cold i noticed the rust on the outside area of the backplate that holds all the hardware and shoes had a thin layer of rust which was rubbing onto the brand new drum.. i figure the old drum had just worn out on that part .. so after removing a thin layer of this rust that made a huge difference and there is not dragging or rubbing at all anymore the wheel spins freely around the clock :) this job is fixed moving on to the next one .. thanks for the help Marc |
