Put the battery back in it...

Check your leads to the starter and grounds. Clean the battery posts/terminals. Do you have headlights and does the engine crank over?

If it cranks you need to check for fuel and spark.

Depress the schrader valve on fuel rail, this will drop the pressure. Use a rag to collect the gas thaqt comes out so it doesnt lay on manifold. Turn key on.. see if it builds pressure again. This will tell you if fuel pump is working.

Check for spark at plugs.

I'll do that and more, but nothing I'm about to call a mechanic.
Thanks Overland, I do my best but my mechanical knowledge are the same as space travel

Oh well, apparently the mechanic adjust some cable near the fuse box that was not connected. I'm not really sure because he insisted that i keep crank it up the jeep but i suspect he wanted to keep me distracted.
But hell he just charge me $25 bucks so i can't complain
