Hi everyone this is my first post and i need help!
I have a 95 xj that was having problems with the alternator i just replaced it and now don't start.
The battery was good it was reading 13.70 when i tested the new alternator I'm sure I put it correctelly, any ideas?
for the note about 4 months I replaced the CPS , new spark plugs, sparks cables, coil, ignition, fuses, fuel lines, fuel filters, air filter, oil!! jajaja even the tires & rims. I think it need a new owner!
thanks in advance for the reply

Put the battery back in it...
Check your leads to the starter and grounds. Clean the battery posts/terminals. Do you have headlights and does the engine crank over?

If it cranks you need to check for fuel and spark.
Depress the schrader valve on fuel rail, this will drop the pressure. Use a rag to collect the gas thaqt comes out so it doesnt lay on manifold. Turn key on.. see if it builds pressure again. This will tell you if fuel pump is working.
Check for spark at plugs.

Oh well, apparently the mechanic adjust some cable near the fuse box that was not connected. I'm not really sure because he insisted that i keep crank it up the jeep but i suspect he wanted to keep me distracted.
But hell he just charge me $25 bucks so i can't complain
