Well I picked up my second ever cherokee todat for a steal. 2000 Cherokee Freedom. Junk wheels but a decient 4" lift and some 33" made up for them. Black steelies coming soon.

Well only issues is the Death wobble that I have read about is all over this jeep.

It lloks like all the ball joints on the front end need to be replaced. They all have ripped boots and grease is everywhere. So I have seen a lot of topics on replacing the upper and lower ball joints but what about the other ball joints in the front end?

Any help would be nice. Also a parts list for what parts should be replaced when doing this would be nice. Thanks

Love the thing even with the DW...

there is alot that can be going wrong with the wobble. i have had this terrible wobble in my jeep and it can be so many things. it could be the tie rod ends, drop link bar, and if you don't have a drop pitman arm on it you really should look into getting one to get the geometry of the steering back. also i would check to see if you have an adjustable track bar, because if you dont the tires wont be centered under your jeep and that too can make it wobble.

Well I plan on replacing all the tie rod ends and possably the track bar since all those ball joints are shot. From there I will have the wheels rebalanced.

i would look into replacing the drop link bar too. that easily could be the problem.
