I'm New too the Jeep world, i got my 6th vehicle, my first jeep and its my baby, i've had 3 chevy 1500's, an amc Jav. 3speed. and a Iroc Z, Non of which i stepped up and got my license. I Just recently got my permit, and the jeep, so im hoping too get my license and be able to join the Jeep Community.


I'm here for self-education and too get others opinion. I'll upload a few pictures of the Jeep once i figure out the forum. Heres the information i have on it

the past few days, its been a fun toy to play with, flexing out and all that fun stuff. But i have been hard at work and i took off the Fender Flares and the Bump caps. My plan Too paint the bump caps and re-attach is working out well, as the Rear are back in place, painted, and my front Are Painted and waiting to be attached. My driver side bumper was dented in so today throughout the little rain we had, i decided to Mess with it..... I chained it up and threw her in 4high, and don't you know.. I got the dent out...... Dropped my whole driver side of my bumper - top and bottom bolts both Broke!!! - ended up Flexing the Metal hanger too attach the bumper back into position, and picked up a 130 piece bolt+nut+washer set, so threw that back together looks good! Tomorrows plan is too get the front bump stops on, and see how she looks! I also Painted the trim on the doors, From worn Grey too Jet black - too match my tires \ rims \ handles \ roof rack,

I Have one question on my mind now and this is it


How hard is it to attach Fog lights too the bumper, and wheres the cheapest place to get them. If i can Attach KcHilites on the front bumper in place of the fog lights.

 

What you're calling bump stops are actually the bumper caps. Bump stops are what limit the uptravel of your suspension.

Would the junk yard be a sufficiant place too find 5.25 speakers for my jeep? i have 5.25 all around, so as long as i find a working one, or set that are better then mine they should be okay, i know itd be smart for me to go spend 100$ on 2 nice ones, but if i could find a 5.25 @ junkyard for 10 bucks, i'd prefer it! what are some models that run 5.25s atleast in Front, stock.
