Yeah belt is tight. It is an auto but I have a extra tranny cooler hooked up but the way i have it set up is the hot tranny fluid comes out of the tranny into the stock radiator and then into the extra tranny cooler. Do you think I need to reverse those?

Also the exhaust is pretty new cat back, so I don't think it's that. I'll get under it and take a good look at it though.

Dude. You've effectively replaced your entire cooling system (aside from the heater core) and you're still overheating...time to live with the fact that you're not going to get your 4.0 to run any cooler than any of us have.
Exactly how hot is "running hot"? Mine generally runs just above half way on the gauge and creeps toward the red under load. I have pushed it well into the red and not had it affect performance but running in the red scares me so I pull it over until it cools down and continue. When it cools down after a good overheat, it tends to stay in the normal zone.
Hard to solve your problem when you seem to have exhausted all avenues of recourse. The only suggestion I can offer is to increase your coolant to water mixture.

You remove the index tabs on the distributer so you can adjust as needed.
In the industry we call them "idiot tabs". Keeps the idiots from trying to adjust the timing.
