neeed help!! headlights wont turn on but markers work
what should i check! everything works includeing high beams. does the headlights have a fuse or something because the turned on once but never turned on again.
any idea's?

My guess would be that the headlight switch is cooked.
The headlight switch carries all the load in a Cherokee. They melt quite frequently.
As GOD has mentioned, the headlight plug itself tends to melt as well.

If you do find it's a trashed switch do yourself (and your new switch) a favor and install one of these. Gives you "peace of mind" and brighter lights.
