Default need some help please

ok so when i get to about 70 my jeep does somethin weird where it feels like it bogs down real low then revs up real high over and over and like jerks the jeep back and forth. any ideas why its doin that? my guess is that my o2 sensors arent hooked up so it makes the ecu try and compinsate with the air fuel ratio but im not sure.
