man today has been one heck of a day. woke up early with a cold and decided to run my brother to school. didnt even get 20 feet out of the drive way to notice a STREAM of oil DUMPING OUT OF MY JEEP! turned around and got home to see that my oil filter had come off
. i know i got it tight enough on there.. cause see guess what?? it was the wrong FLIPPIN filter! *^@! kragen
!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was for the newer jeeps.. Not my yr @ all!!! bought the first filter from them.. it was wrong so i went back and got another one. and the 2nd one obviously was wrong to. heh went to napa they gave me the right one and i bought some oil...again.... got a little discount on the oil cause my buddy was workin today so that was nice.
but ya sorry for the long intro but i thought someone would find it ridiculous
here goes the question...
ever since i put in my new oil my oil gauge is almost hitting 80!!!! when my filter came off do you think it messed up the unit there it sits on? should i start bugging kragen for a new one?
thanks!
