Yes sir, it's the equivelant of a flywheel for and automatic trans, it's right behind the engine and infront of the torque convertor in the bellhousing. You're going to have to seperate the engine and trans to get a look at it. If it's not a flex plate it's probably a lower engine problem, which means rebuilding or replacing. It'd be cheaper to get a motor from the junkyard and throw it in (used motors are about 150 bucks in cleveland) or get one off craigslist (300-600 bucks is about normal). Rebuild kits are about 500-600 dollars but unless you have all the tools for rebuilding engines you have to account for buying that too. Crate engines from mopar are a couple thousand

Any idea how to bring the rear up it saggs a little, Im new to this jeep thing lol.
It's harmless for commuter duty, unless you are going to tow something or put a lot of weight in the back.
The long-term fix is to replace the springs, either with new stacks or a homebuilt "bastard pack" assembly (search will bring up the details). There are a couple of short-term fixes using longer shackles or helper springs, none of which really thrill me, sometimes creating a new problem while masking the old one.

Agreed, if you want to fix the sagging problem, the best fix is new springs (aka lift kit time!) But shackles will give you the little bit of lift to compensate for a lot cheaper
