Need help with ticking head

Need help with ticking head
I just got the heads replaced and I drove it about 50 miles and now theres a ticking noise.From what I have read by searching it would be anything from a timing chain to a stuck lifter.What do you guys think?Should I run some atf to see if it will clean the debris that could be in the lifter?
