Need help to pull out the broken rear upper mount of the shocks

Well, I did some research about possible approach to take out these snapped bolts. Since I don't have access to any power tool, I am considering following plans, please chime in and give me some instruction
Plan 1: Pop out the bolts using a hammer and a punch. I don't if this is too demanding to my muscle strength.
Plan 2: Hammer in a small socket into the bolt, then rotate the socket with ha breaker bar.
Any suggestions, folks

I would say get some power tools... A simple cordless drill with a bit would be great. Other than that can you get at it with a pair of channel locks?
