Well, I did some research about possible approach to take out these snapped bolts. Since I don't have access to any power tool, I am considering following plans, please chime in and give me some instruction

Plan 1: Pop out the bolts using a hammer and a punch. I don't if this is too demanding to my muscle strength.

Plan 2: Hammer in a small socket into the bolt, then rotate the socket with ha breaker bar.

Any suggestions, folks

I would say get some power tools... A simple cordless drill with a bit would be great. Other than that can you get at it with a pair of channel locks?

Me Myself I tried to "Hammer" the bolts out but no matter how hard I tried there was not enough room to swing the hammer so I went to a friends to let him air hammer them all off for me and it took all of 5 minutes...Tj
Good Luck
