OEM tracbars are non serviceable, you'll need to buy another one.. or upgrade to an adjustable if you have a lift.

On my 98 xy, the unit was so corroded i had to resort to removing the mounting bracket (4 bolts) with the track bar still mounted to it and hit it with a torch to free it up. I reassembled the track bar to the mount with the unit off the frame. When you replace the track bar, note the orientation of the hole for the cotter key, as there is limited clearance inside the bracket for it. You may have to turn the steering wheel to get the far-side holes to align properly, depending on how worn the original unit is. Not an awful job.
