Fuel pump may be the fuel pump relay in the PDC and the no injectors/no ignition may be the automatic shut down (ASD) relay in the PDC. You can swap the radiator fan relay with the fuel pump relay to see if you get fuel to the rail. The fuel pump operates seperately from the ASD. Both systems have their own fuses. The fuel pump should pulse for 1 to 2 seconds when you turn the key to RUN, then run continuously when the engine starts.Originally Posted by karenmascaro

Please clarify, now with all the new parts installed, there is still no fuel at rail or spark to plugs?
Only thing I can think of would be a ECM. That's just a guess, as my 90 XJ is a whole diff animal from ur 98.
Are you getting any codes you can start with?

Also, check fuse 11 in the Junction Block (passenger footwell fuse panel). It powers the ASD and FP Relay coils, and it powers the PCM and TCM(with the ignition switch in the Run position). Fuse 11 is a 20 Amp fuse in the 9th fuse position down on the forward (left) bank of fuses. The fuse position my be identified on the cover of the JB and/or in your owner's manual.
