What do you want to achieve? Height? Height + ride comfort? What does the RC come with compared to other lifts? I only spent $775 (shipped) for my RE 3.5 and it includes shocks plus the bushings, and it's a full leaf not an AAL. I need the full springs because my stock ones sag and AAL's don't correct that.
it comes with 3" coil springs, rc n20 shocks, sway bar drop brackets and rear aal. i just want something that will give me some more clearance if i wanna go play in some mud or hit some trails. im thinking of putting some 31 inch gerenal tires as wheel as some soft 8 cragars.

Do you still have a rear sway bar. If so you my ok with an AAL. I don't recommend it thought. I have the Zone 3" AAL and it does its job but without m rear sway bar, you can feel the axle sometimes wanting to pull away. Nice fresh solid leaf pack would feel so good. Some sway bar jks quick diaconnects so you can get em off fast. A good kit will cost you more than 450. Look to get it done right the first time so it will last a few years at least. AAL may last a year for ya then its new one time. The more you build her up the more you'll want to do

There....hopefully you get the theme of what people are trying to tell you. If you cheap out, you'll wind up unhappy. Do it right the first time. Cheap isn't always smart.

Personally? After a few months of looking and researching I opted for the RE Superflex kit. It had everything I need for a good price. My criteria in researching was a comfortable ride on and off road, also people's satisfaction with it. A few extra dollars spent today could save you from needless bs later. My vehicle has to perform as a daily driver and a weekend toy, while retaining its mild manners. You have to ask yourself what you ultimately want/need, then find something in your budget that works with that.
For the suspension, RE, Zone Offroad and OME are good companies. Get Rancho or Bilstein shocks. Also, do the full leaf pack over AAL. The ride will be better and last longer. Once you hit the 3.5" mark, steering usually becomes an issue. You might need an adjustable track bar. An upgraded tie rod will be soon to follow. If your going 31's then maybe some fender trimming will be in order too. It's easy and you can keep the stock flares if wanted. Point is, like stated, take your time, do your research and in the mean time save your money for a good setup.

You should opt for the RE 3.5. I'm doing mine right now, and it's worth every penny. I know it lifted my jeep more than 3.5.....more like 4.5. And in answer to your question, you should be able to run 33's with trimming.
