Default Need help on horn (relay)

96 xj Country

Horns totally quit working. Fuse #11 under dash looks good; also no problem with headlight delay as far as I know. So fuse not the primary suspect.

From build photos posted by others, looks like there is a horn on each side of vehicle. So, since there are two horns and neither are working, wiring to, and ground at, horns not the primary suspect.

When the tiny little horn buttons on steering wheel are pushed, I can hear a small click but I think that is just the horn switch. I hear nothing coming from under the dash. I'm thinking it must be the relay. Can someone tell me where to find the relay and any advice on how to check it out would be welcome. Is there a fuse in the fuse block under the hood that comes into play?

Thanks in advance for the help.
Larry
