Default Need help going out of my mind

Ok so last week i needed a jump and when i started the car i got electrical smoke coming from behind the dash. Now my tail lights and two front amber lights and the front drivers side blinker are always on and the dome lights wont work at all. The blinker doesnt flash but just stays on. I have done alot of research but can not figure out the problem is but so far i have found out that it can either be the wiring burned together, or a bad relay. First off i cant find the relay that controls those lights, i have pulled all the fuses and checked to see what they do and they dont affect the lights also i have pulled all the relays under the hood on the passenger side still nothing. Is there a Relay i am missing somewhere?

Also are the rear brake lights and the amber lights even related to that blinker? I mean that seems like an odd combo to be working together. Same with the dome lights not working any more. I have changed the lights switch out for a new one so that isn't the problem. Is there anyone that knows anything or someone that has dealt with this problem before that i can bang my head on a wall with. Also its a 93 cherokee country edition. Oh and i forgot my power locks do not work anymore. And this all started after i jumped my car.

Any chance the cables were on the wrong terminals?

I'd suggest a thorough visual inspection under the dah before jumping in feet first. Look for obvious signs of damage and go from there.
