Default need help - front rotor replacement on 99 XJ

Ok so this is my first XJ and I'm going to put new rotors on. I've read the many topics on this but before I order the wrong ones online I want to get a second opinion lol. Took everything off and measured, here's the pics. The hat top looks like the cast but height measurement looks like it's close to 3.15-3.18. This seems to match the composite height from fm what I've read.
My 99 XJ date on the door sticker is 1/99.

Looking back over previous posts on this the rotors are either 3.07 or 3.228. In my pics you can see it's clearly not as high as 3.228 but it's taller than 3.07. Do I need to measure my hub ring height at this point?

The best way for me is to go to Advance auto part site and put in your vehicle info and it will give you the options that are direct fit to your XJ also you can save a lot off your parts ordering on-line with promo codes. Most parts stores can make sure you are getting the right parts.

Normally that works but they changed factory rotor sizes in mid 1999, so anywhere you try to find replacements for the 1999 models they have two versions of them listed as either 3.07 height or 3.228 height.

Check out post #6 in here, maybe it helps?

I have a 99 (manu date 8/98). The 3.19" height worked, the 3.06" did not work. If you have a Napa, the 48880444 was the magic fit for mine. Got both of em for $41

On my Chrysler 8.25 they had two sizes of drums on them. I had to measure before I bought mine also, the parts stores have both sizes listed. I am glad I replaced every thing associated with the brakes. The only way to go with a rig with over 200K on it.
