So I now know what my problem is - the door speaker wont work at all. I tried to fix it but I ran into a wall. The rubber boot/grommet to protect the wires is right there, and theres no way that I know of to take it off short of cutting it off and then heat shrinking them after.

What did everyone else do to fix their speakers if they had to? Can / should I do this to every door and make it so all my power switches work again?
