Ok so i took my wife to Big-k . So on the way out i heard my horn going off. I ran over and pull the wire from it. Then opened up the jeep to load the food we just got in it AND smell alot of electrical burning smell and my radio was on heater motor was on rear defrost was going. I turned the ignition to get it all to stop. Then went to start it and battery was dead. So i got a jump and it fired right up thank god. But now i have no Gauge Cluster or radio unless i turn on my rear defrost on. O and i for got my fog lamp switch melted on the inside. WARE TO BEGIN LOL.

"I turned the ignition to get it all to stop." What do you mean by this..explain.
Sounds like a massive meltdown behind the instrument panel. You need to do a visual inspection of the wiring behind the instrument cluster, switch panel, and near the ignition switch. And..pull the cover off the Junction Block, in the pax footwell, and sniff around and look around in there for evidence of burning. The horn relay is in the JB as well as other circuits that are activated with the ignition switch in the Start/Run position.
Check the IOD fuse in the PDC for the inop radio and instrument cluster.

Also, do like F1Addict says and sniff check and inspect the ignition switch.

Ok i got the horn working now it was a blown fuse. But still no Gauges radio or interior lights unless the rear defrost is on WTF. Could it have something to do with my fog-lamp switch that melted. I did disconnect it but still have the same results. O and there is no burnt electrical smell near the ignition switch. I do smell it near the JB but that is more than likely because the horn fuse blew.

Got every thing working
It was a Blown IOD fuse in the power distribution center under the hood. There still has to be a short some ware for that to have happen. I do need to try to track the short. Its not blowing now but what could have caused it to have blown ?
